Tentative plan of Indonesia International Youth Service Week, 2011

Day 1:

Welcome to Yogyakarta, check in Hotel/guesthouse, meet and greet (getting to know each other), program and cultural orientation, dinner.

Day 2:

Breakfast at hotel/guesthouse, then move to Elementary School of Sleman, then start doing program (teaching English, sport, paint, trauma healing, renovating school, etc), Bahasa Indonesia lesson and traditional Javanese dance.

Day 3:

Breakfast at hotel/guesthouse, then move to Sleman, then start doing program (teaching English, sport, paint, trauma healing, renovating school, etc), Bahasa Indonesia lesson and traditional Javanese dance.

Day 3:

Breakfast at hotel/guesthouse, then move to Sleman, then start doing program (teaching English, sport, paint, trauma healing, renovating school, etc), Bahasa Indonesia lesson and Indonesian cooking lesson.

Day 4:

Breakfast at hotel/guesthouse, then move to Sleman, then start doing program (teaching English, sport, paint, trauma healing, renovating school, etc), Bahasa Indonesia lesson and GAMELAN lesson (Javanese traditional music instrument).

Day 5:

Breakfast at hotel/guesthouse, then move to Sleman district, then doing program “Green our planet”. We will plant thousand trees together local people, students, fellow participants.

Day 6:

Breakfast at hotel/guesthouse, one-day cultural tour (we will visit Borobudur temple, Sultan Palace and Taman Sari water castle). Then at the night, we will have friendship night, gala dinner, closing ceremony of program.

Day 7:

Breakfast, depart to your home,,, see you next year...We will miss you all….
